HOW DO I RESET MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

On any page, click on the "Log In" link. Under the "LOGIN" section, click on "Forgot Your Password?". Enter the email address you used to register your account and click "SUBMIT". You will receive an email to reset your password. Please make sure to also check your junk/spam folder for the automated notification.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change the email address associated to your account. However, if there is a typo on your name or email address or you have changed your name legally, we will be able to update your information if you reach out to us.

HOW DO I KNOW MY DETAILS ARE SECURE?

Any information you share with us is stored securely using the latest encryption technology and we are constantly updating our security measures. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information about how your personal information is used, disclosed, and stored.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS/TEXTS PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES?

We're very sorry to see you go! To unsubscribe from marketing emails, you can simply hit the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any email and please reply “STOP” to unsubscribe from any texts.
Though, you cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails, such as shipping notifications, receipts, or refund confirmation.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS?

We ask that all of our customers please limit themselves to one account each. This way it is easier to keep track of your orders, Store Credit and up-to-date account information.

We collaboration with professional manufacturers located overseas, who are the leaders in the garments manufacturer industry, specializing in high quality active wear and athleisure apparel.

CAN I BE A MODEL FOR SPORTY BODY?

ORDERS & SHIPPING

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ITEM?

• We do our best to dispatch your package as soon as possible. At times packages can take longer than usual to arrive at their destination. If your item hasn't arrived yet, it’s likely still in transit. So, the first thing to do is to check whether the shipping address was entered correctly when ordering. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect address on the order.
• If you still do not have your delivery after 3 business days of it being marked as "delivered", please contact us to further assist you. If a package is deemed lost by the carrier, we’ll happily reship the lost package at no cost to you. We do not refund lost packages.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking/shipment information, and estimated delivery date. If you haven't received an email - check your spam and promotions folders (and any email filters you've set up) to make sure the message isn't being directed away from your email inbox. If you still don’t see it yet? Then your order may still be processing.
• We ship from Seattle, WA. Estimated delivery dates are based upon orders received by 2pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 2PM (Pacific Time/California). Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped the very next business day. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee any particular delivery date and Items ordered together may ship separately.
• All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Standard overnight. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses including U.S Territories/Provinces must be sent via USPS Priority.
  * Standard Shipping: Arrives 4-7 business days
  * Express Shipping: Arrives 3-4 Business Days
  * Express / Expedited Shipping: Arrives 2 Business Days
  * Overnight Shipping (Next-Day): Arrives in 1 business day
• As we have no control over shipping carrier or events which may prohibit their standard delivery service, we offer no guarantees regarding these delivery times. If you have any questions, please contact us through chat, or orders@sportyathletic.com and provide your sales order or invoice number for faster service.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON AN ORDER I PLACED?

• Any orders that have already been picked, packed, or shipped CAN NOT be changed.
• If the shipping address you provided during checkout is incorrect and we’ve already processed or shipped the item, we won't be able to change or modify any details of the order, including the address. We also cannot have orders rerouted or held at your local Post Office or FedEx location. • We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact our team immediately with your order number and request an address change.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

• We currently do not offer international shipping due to the shipping cost and custom requirements. This does not include Canada and U.S. Territories.
• But if you would like to ship an order outside of the United States and would like an estimated shipping quote, please contact us with information on the item you’d like to order and the physical shipping address.
   a. All international orders will be shipped via DHL and are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped.
   b. International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

• All return requests are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
• We want to give our customers hassle-free way to return anything. If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us so we can assist you with a return.
• Once your return request is accepted, you’ll receive a free return shipping label. Log in to your account to locate your order and print the shipping label. Put the return label on the same packaging you received your order in (or second-best packaging available) and take it to an authorized UPS drop off location and ship it to us during your return period.
Note: We’re unable to accept exchange or return items more than 15 days after your purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?

• We inspect all items before dispatching them and work hard to try and make sure all items are sold at a high quality. If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item that doesn't match the listing description, you can return it for a full refund, credit, or an exchange.
• For assistance, please email us at order@sportyathletic.com so we can urgently review the matter for you. Include the Purchase Order Number, photograph(s) of the defective or damaged item, and description of the reason for return. We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do all that we can to right the situation for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes, exchange can ONLY be made for the same item in just a different size/color, and if the item you are looking to exchange is available. If the item you are looking to exchange is not available, you can return the item ordered back to be processed for a return.

CAN I RETURN CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS?

All Sale and Clearance items are final and not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Also, Sale items cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

PAYMENT PROMOS & E-GIFT CARDS

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept popular payment methods and local currencies for smooth checkout experiences. All major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other payments methods such as PayPal, Google Pay, Shopify Pay etc.
NOTE: We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen.

WHY IS THE CHECKOUT PAGE IN USD?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars (default currency). If your billing country's currency is not supported at the time of your purchase, you'll be charged at checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

Every person should be concerned about security of their personal information and the privacy of their online transactions.
Yes, your online purchase on our site is 100% secure. We’re integrated with Shopify Payments which is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts. Our online orders are processed on an SSL secure web page, and all information will be SSL-encrypted before transmission to our credit card provider's network and. to verify this click the padlock beside our website URL on your browsers. Also, your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

WHY IS MY PROMO CODE NOT WORKING?

If you’re having problems applying a PROMO CODE, here are quick some troubleshooting tips:
   a. Check the expiry date to make sure that the PROMO CODE is valid.
   b. The PROMO is a welcome discount only for your first order.
   c. PROMO CODES are case sensitive, make sure the code matches exactly and there is no space at the end or beginning of the PROMO CODE, and include any hyphens (-) where shown.
   d. Type the PROMO CODE manually into the promo box, do not copy and paste codes.
   e. Promo codes are only valid on full-priced items and can NOT apply on sale or promotional items.
   f. Single Use PROMO CODES: You cannot combine promotional offers
   g. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then close and reopen the browser.
